We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue or are unsatisfied with a product, contact us at info@gobvantage.com within 30 days of purchase and we will review your request promptly. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Since we offer digital products and services only, physical goods returns do not apply.
Subscription products may be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@gobvantage.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase.

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Products may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance windows, which we aim to schedule during off-peak hours. Downtime does not entitle customers to automatic refunds — see our refund policy for details.
