Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all GOBVANTAGE TECHNOLOGIES products, services, and websites. By using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any GOBVANTAGE TECHNOLOGIES product, service, or website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using our products on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Our Products

GOBVANTAGE TECHNOLOGIES provides digital SaaS products, web tools, and digital services. We offer both free and paid tiers for our products. Product features, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time and will be communicated via the relevant product page or email notice.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Payment & Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout
• All prices are displayed in TTD (Trinidad and Tobago Dollars) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card details
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account until payment is received
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle and will be communicated at least 14 days in advance

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• Contact us within 30 days of purchase if you experience a technical issue or are unsatisfied
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Since we sell digital products only, physical goods returns do not apply
• Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase date

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@gobvantage.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your account or product access to third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract data from our products without permission
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our products
• Use our products in a manner that interferes with their availability to other users

8. Intellectual Property

• All products, designs, code, content, and trademarks provided by GOBVANTAGE TECHNOLOGIES are our intellectual property
• You retain ownership of any data and content you submit to our products
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our products for their intended purpose
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our products without our written permission

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep our products available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or loss of data resulting from maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOBVANTAGE TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOBVANTAGE TECHNOLOGIES, its officers, and associates from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any product or service at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• We believe your use of the product poses a security risk
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your right to use the product ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
